  1. Pick the lobster.
  2. Put the berries into a dish that has a lamp.
  3. Rub the berries down with a bit of butter, two spoonfuls of any sort of gravy, one of soy or walnut catsup, a little salt and Cayenne, and a spoonful of port.
  4. Stew the lobster cut in bits with the gravy as above.
  5. The dish must be dressed at table.
  6. It must be eaten immediately.

Stewed Lobster, as a very high Relish.
