Capillaire. TAKE fourteen pounds of loaf-sugar, three pounds of coarse sugar, and fix eggs well beat up. Put these into three quarts of water; boil it up twice, skim it well, and then add a quarter of a pint of orange-flower- water. Strain it through a jelly-bag, and put it into bottles
