  1. Beat the yolks of ten eggs, and the whites of six, with one spoonful of rose water, for half an hour.
  2. Put in ten ounces of loaf sugar beat and sifted, and whisk them well for half an hour.
  3. Add one ounce of carraway seeds crushed a little, and six ounces of fine flour.
  4. Whisk in your flour gently.
  5. Drop them on wafer papers and bake in a moderate oven.
