Ingredients: ¾ lb. of macaroni boiled till tender, some good gravy, a bit of butter thickened with flour, and some thin slices of ham and sweetbread cut in slices, seasoned with pepper and salt. Mix all together, and put into a puff-paste lined mould. Bake 1 hour in a moderate oven.
