  1. Boil a quart of milk with cinnamon and moist sugar.
  2. Put sippets in the dish.
  3. Pour the milk over the sippets.
  4. Set it over a charcoal fire to simmer, till the bread is soft.
  5. Take the yolks of two eggs, beat them up, and mix it with a little of the soup.
  6. Throw the egg mixture into the dish.
  7. Mix all together.
  8. Send it up to table.
