  1. Boil cauliflowers until tender, but not too much.
  2. Drain the boiled cauliflowers.
  3. Place the drained cauliflowers into a stew-pan with a large cauliflower.
  4. Add a quarter of a pint of sweet oil and two or three cloves of garlick to the stew-pan.
  5. Fry the mixture until brown.
  6. Season with pepper and salt.
