  1. Clean the pigs feet and ears properly.
  2. Boil them till they are tender.
  3. Split the feet.
  4. Put the feet and ears into salt and water.
  5. When you use them, dry them well in a cloth.
  6. Dip them in batter.
  7. Fry them.
  8. Send them up to table, with melted butter in a bowl.
  9. They may be eaten cold.
  10. They will keep a considerable time.

Pigs Feet and Ears soused. WHEN you have properly cleaned them, boil them till they are tender; then split the feet, and put them and the ears into salt and water. When you use them, dry them well in a cloth, dip them in batter, fry them, and send them up to table, with melted butter in a bowl. They may be eaten cold, and will keep a considerable time.
