  1. Boil the Windsor Beans in plenty of water with a good quantity of salt.
  2. When the beans feel tender, they are enough.
  3. Boil and chop some parsley.
  4. Put the chopped parsley into good melted butter.
  5. Serve the beans up with boiled bacon and the butter and parsley in a boat.
  6. Remember never to boil the beans with bacon, as that will greatly discolour them.

Windsor Beans. THESE must be boiled in plenty of water, with a good quantity of salt in it, and when they feel tender, are enough. Boil and chop some parsley, put it into good melted butter, and serve them up with boiled bacon and the butter and parsley in a boat. Remember never to boil them with bacon, as that will greatly discolour them.
