  1. Open the oysters and separate the liquor from them.
  2. Wash the oysters from the grit.
  3. Strain the liquor.
  4. Put the strained liquor with the oysters, a bit of mace, lemonpeel, and a few white peppers.
  5. Simmer them very gently.
  6. Put in some cream, and a little flour and butter.
  7. Serve with sippets.
