For the piecrust

some rice ↝ Rice, cooked, NFS [Rice]
an onion ↝ Onions, raw [Vegetables and Vegetable Products]
a little water ↝ Water, tap [Tap water]
milk, or milk only ↝ Milk, NFS [Milk, reduced fat]

For the filling

seasoned chops ↝ Pork, chop, center cut, raw [Pork Products]

Alternative filling

Rabbits fricasseed ↝ Rabbit [Lamb, goat, game]

Clean rice, and put it with an onion and a little water and milk, or milk only, into a saucepan.
Simmer till the rice swells.
Put seasoned chops into a dish, and cover it with the rice.
Alternatively, cover fricasseed rabbits with the rice.
