  1. Beat three eggs till light.
  2. Mix them with a minced green chilli, the pulp of two tomatoes cut into dice, a spoonful of milk or cream, a pinch of salt, and 1oz. of butter.
  3. Stir it all over the fire till quite hot.
  4. Pour it on to hot buttered toast and serve at once.
