Four spoonfuls of flour ↝ Flour, 00 [Cereal Grains and Pasta]
four spoonfuls of suet shred very fine ↝ Beef, variety meats and by-products, suet, raw [Beef Products]
three eggs ↝ Eggs, Grade A, Large, egg whole [Dairy and Egg Products]
a little salt ↝ Salt, table, iodized [Spices and Herbs]
a tea-cupful of milk ↝ Milk, NFS [Milk, reduced fat]

Instructions (3)

Mix flour, suet, eggs, salt, and milk.
Bake in a small pie-dish.
Turn it out for table.

Plain Suet Pudding, baked.

Four spoonfuls of flour, four spoonfuls of suet shred very fine, three eggs, mixed with a little salt, and a tea-cupful of milk. Bake in a small pie-dish, and turn it out for table.
