the yest
milk ↝ Milk, NFS [Milk, reduced fat]
one ounce of butter ↝ Butter, stick, unsalted [Dairy and Egg Products]
a little salt ↝ Salt, table, iodized [Spices and Herbs]

Mix the yolks of three eggs with the yest.
Wet the flour with milk, first melting in the milk one ounce of butter.
Add a little salt to the flour.
