  1. Put about two ounces of butter and a good spoonful of yeast to a pint of blue milk.
  2. Make it just warm.
  3. Mix into it as much fine flour as will make it a light dough.
  4. Roll it out very thin.
  5. Cut it into long pieces two inches broad.
  6. Prick them well.
  7. Bake them in a slow oven upon tin plates.
