  1. Blanch a pound of sweet almonds, and the same of bitter.
  2. Beat them very fine, with six spoonfuls of orange-flower water.
  3. Take three ounces of the four cold seeds, if you beat the almonds, but if you do not beat them, you must take six ounces of the four cold seeds.
  4. With two quarts of spring water, rub your pounded seeds.
