  2. Boil them till they are soft.
  3. Take off the skin.
  4. Beat them in a bowl with a little salt.
  5. Put to them a little cream and a lump of butter.
  6. Put them in a tossing-pan, and let them boil till they are like a light custard pudding.
  7. Put them on a plate, and send them to the table.
