Beef and Oyster Pudding. 2 lbs. of fillet from underside of sirloin, 4 doz. oysters with their liquor, but no “beards” or horny part, a wineglassful sherry, the same of catsup, shallot and pepper to taste. Paste same as for Beefsteak Pudding, No. 2.
