Sauce for Filleted Veal Steaks. (Mrs. Caswell.) Ingredients: A little brown sauce (it must be good), a lump of glaze the size of a walnut, 2 yolks of egg in a little butter, which are warmed together, and added to the sauce and seasoning; add a squeeze of lemon at the last. The steaks are sautéd.
