Crumpets. No. 3.—Oatmeal. (Caldy. 1884.) 1 lb. oatmeal, ½ pt. warm milk, ½ pt. warm water, 1 table-spoonful good brewer's yeast. All mixed, to stand 1 hour. Put a small quantity at a time on the baking sheet, and bake on the stove.
