  1. Soak the gelatine.
  2. Dissolve it in the boiling water.
  3. When dissolved add the sugar, cold water and orange juice.
  4. Stir till the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Strain.
  6. Freeze.

Orange Water Ice 1 table-spoon gelatine ¹⁄₂ cup boiling water 1 cup sugar 1 cup cold water 1 pint orange juice Soak the gelatine. Dissolve it in the boiling water. When dissolved add the sugar, cold water and orange juice. Stir till the sugar is dissolved. Strain. Freeze.
