  1. Beat up six eggs with cream.
  2. Boil some of the largest and finest asparagus.
  3. When boiled, cut off all the green in small pieces.
  4. Mix the asparagus pieces with the eggs.
  5. Put in some pepper and salt.
  6. Make a slice of butter hot in the pan.
  7. Put the mixture in the hot butter.
  8. Serve them up on buttered toast.

Amulet of Asparagus. BEAT up six eggs with cream, boil some of the largest and finest asparagus, and, when boiled, cut off all the green in small pieces. Mix them with the eggs, and put in some pepper and salt. Make a slice of butter hot in the pan, put them in, and serve them up on buttered toast.
