TAKE three spoonsful of flour of rice lifted very fine, the yolks of three eggs, three spoonsful of water, and two of orange-flower-water. Then put to them one pint of cream, and set it upon a good fire; keep stirring it till it is of a proper thickness, and then pour it into cups.
