Beef Drink. TAKE a pound and half of lean beef, cut it into ſmall pieces, and put it into a gallon of water, with the under cruſt of a penny loaf, and a little ſalt. Let it boill till it is reduced to two quarts, then ſtrain it off, and it will be very good drink.—Obſerve, that when you firſt put the meat into the water, that it is clear of all ſkin and fat.
