  1. Grate the crumb of a French roll, or two Naples biscuits, and put to it a pint of boiling cream.
  2. When cold, add to it the yolks of four eggs well beat up.
  3. Mix all well together with some raspberry juice.
  4. Drop them into a pan of boiling lard in very small quantities.
  5. When done stick them with blanched almonds sliced.

Raspberry Fritters. GRATE the crumb of a French roll, or two Naples biscuits, and put to it a pint of boiling cream. When cold, add to it the yolks of four eggs well beat up.
