  1. Mix eight ounces of flour, and eight ounces of sugar.
  2. Melt four ounces of butter in two spoonfuls of raisin wine.
  3. Then with four eggs beaten and strained, make into a paste.
  4. Add carraways.
  5. Roll out as thin as paper.
  6. Cut with the top of a glass.
  7. Wash with the white of an egg.
  8. Dust sugar over.

Cracknuts.
