the steaks ↝ Beef, tenderloin steak, raw [Beef Products]
puff paste
a little water ↝ Water, tap [Tap water]
a good crust ↝ Pie Crust, Cookie-type, Chocolate, Ready Crust [Baked Products]

Instructions (3)

Prepare the steaks as above.
When seasoned and rolled with fat in each, put them in a dish, with puff paste round the edges.
Put a little water in the dish, and cover it with a good crust.
