  1. Season the hare after it is cut up.
  2. Put eggs, and forcemeat, and either bake in a raised crust or a dish.
  3. If baked in a raised crust, put cold jelly gravy to it.
  4. If baked in a dish, put the same hot jelly gravy to it.
  5. The pie is to be eaten cold.
