  1. Rub two breakfastcupfuls of cold boiled rice through a sieve.
  2. Work into it three well beaten eggs.
  3. Add 1oz. of butter melted.
  4. Add a pint of milk and 1/2lb. of flour.
  5. Beat this all to a smooth mass.
  6. Mix.
