Curry.—Fry an onion, cut in slices, and an apple finely chopped, in two ounces of dripping, mix a dessertspoonful of curry powder and one of four in half a pint of water; stir it over the fire with the onions, etc., till it boils. Strain it. Put back in the saucepan with some slices of cold meat and a little salt till the meat is thoroughly warm.
