Meat Pie.—Make a crust of three-quarters of a pound of flour, and one quarter of a pound of dripping, and three-quarters of a teaspoonful of baking powder. For a quart dish, take two pounds of Australian meat, or a pound and a half of meat and half a pound of kidneys. Season to taste, pour in a little water, cover, and bake half an hour. This can be made into a pudding in a quart basin.
