Materials required for Lesson :—Cold meat, carrot, onions, turnip, herbs, parsley, 1 lb. of potatoes, ¼ lb. of dripping, ½ lb. of suet, bread, 3 apples, ½ lb. of flour, curry powder, I oz. of butter, 1 egg, 2 oz. of raisins, 2 oz. of currants, 2 oz. of moist sugar, and ½ oz. of curry powder.
