  2. Cut a small round hole in the top.
  3. Take out all the crumb.
  4. Fill them with almond custard.
  5. Lay over it currant jelly, in thin slices.
  6. Beat the white of an egg, and double refined sugar to a froth.
  7. Ice them all over with it.
  8. Five is a pretty dish.
