  2. Bottle them.
  3. Fill the bottles with spring water up to the neck.

  5. Set them in a copper of hot water till they are hot quite through.
  6. Take them out.
  7. When they are cold, cork them close.
  8. Tie a bladder over.
  9. Set them in a dry cool place.
