all the red seeds and the meat of a lobster

Instructions (5)

Take all the red seeds and the meat of a lobster, with a little pepper, salt, and crumbs of bread, mix them well with a little butter.
Make them up in small patties.
Put them in either rich batter, or thin paste.
Fry or bake them.
Garnish your fish with them.

To make LOBSTER PATTIES to garnish Fish.
TAKE all the red seeds and the meat of a lobster, with a little pepper, salt, and crumbs of bread, mix them well with a little butter, make them up in small patties, and put them in either rich batter, or thin paste, fry or bake them, and garnish your fish with them.
