milk ↝ Milk, NFS [Milk, reduced fat]
water ↝ Water, tap [Tap water]
egg sauce ↝ Egg, whole, raw [Eggs and omelets]

Steep the sounds as you do the salt cod.
Boil them in a large quantity of milk and water.
When they are very tender and white, take them up and drain the water out.
Pour the egg sauce boiling hot over them.
Serve them up.
