  1. To one pound of blanched and beaten sweet almonds put one pound of sugar, and a little rose water, to keep them from oiling.
  2. Beat the whites of seven eggs to a froth.
  3. Put them in and beat them well together.
  4. Drop them on wafer paper.
  5. Grate sugar over them.
  6. Bake them.
