  1. Scrape four ounces of chocolate, and pour a quart of boiling water upon it.
  2. Mill it well with a chocolate mill.
  3. Sweeten it to your taste.
  4. Give it a boil and let it stand all night.
  5. Then mill it again very well.
  6. Boil it two minutes.
  7. Then mill it till it will leave a froth upon the top of your cups.

To make CHOCOLATE.
