4 lb grated cheese ↝ Cheese, tilsit [Dairy and Egg Products]
the same of bread-crumbs ↝ Bread, crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned [Baked Products]
1 pt. of milk ↝ Milk, NFS [Milk, reduced fat]
1 egg ↝ Eggs, Grade A, Large, egg whole [Dairy and Egg Products]
pepper to taste ↝ Spices, pepper, black [Spices and Herbs]
salt to taste ↝ Salt, table, iodized [Spices and Herbs]

Instructions (4)

Pour the milk boiling over the crumbs and cheese.
Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Add the egg, whisked, when the mixture is cold.
Bake in the oven.
