Instructions (7)
In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, pepper, celery, and onion.
Mix well.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place half the bread slices, butter-side down, on a clean surface.
Divide the chicken mixture evenly among these slices.
Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
Cut sandwiches in half diagonally.
