Caldy Manor Salad Sauce. (Mrs. Beart. 1888.)
1 hard-boiled egg, 1 teaspoonful of Harvey’s sauce, 1 tea-spoonful of Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoonful olive oil, 2 table-spoonfuls of thick cream, a little mustard, and pepper and salt.
