gelatine ↝ Gelatin dessert [Gelatins, ices, sorbets]
the fruit ↝ Kiwi fruit, raw [Other fruits and fruit salads]
syrup ↝ Syrup, NFS [Jams, syrups, toppings]
water ↝ Water, tap [Tap water]

Instructions (3)

Dissolve gelatine as for blanc-mange, in water.
Mix with the fruit and syrup, adding water if wanted.
Whisk all together in a bowl till it thickens, then put in mould and leave to set.
