Rice—Ground Rice Pyramids. (Beechwood.) 2 ozs. of ground rice, 2 ozs. sifted sugar, 2 bitter almonds, and 1 oz. of sweet almonds; boil all in 1 pt. of good milk till rather solid; press it very closely down into long wineglasses, let them stand all night, then turn out into a dish; lay custard or plain cream at the bottom of the dish, and add preserve between the pyramids.
