Cheese Batter Puffs. ½ pt. of milk, 3 ozs. of butter, a pinch of salt, 3 ozs. of flour, 3 ozs. of grated Parmesan, the batter mixed in as recipe for Batter Puffs (see Sweet Dishes), but a little Parmesan (instead of almonds) cut in dice and put on top.
