  1. Boil 1/2 pt. of milk with 1 oz. of butter and a little thin lemon peel.
  2. When cold add by degrees 2 dessertspoonfuls of flour, 1 spoonful of white sugar and the well-beaten yolks only of 4 eggs.
  3. Mix all together and bake in saucers 20 minutes.
