2 ozs. Parmesan cheese grated, ¼ lb. flour, 2 ozs. butter, yolk of 1 egg, a little cayenne and salt.
Mix all together and cut into any shape you fancy, but they should be ⅛ in. thick. Bake about 10 minutes, and serve hot.
These will keep in a tin, but when wanted they must be made hot.
