Ice—Cranberry. (Auchentorlie. 1877.) Useful in winter. Whip 1 pt. of double cream; add a small pot of cranberry jelly, a few drops of cochineal, and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Freeze in the usual way. The jelly being sweet, no sugar is required.
