Cornish Potato Cakes. 1 lb. suet chopped fine, teacupful of flour, 4 large boiled potatoes (cold), teaspoonful baking powder, a pinch of salt, all well rubbed together and rolled out as for puff-paste, half an inch thick. Bake in a quick oven, cut in squares, and serve hot.
