Our Tillypronie Cream Biscuits.
Baked just before they are wanted.
1 lb. flour, a pinch of salt, as little cream as is possible to make into a paste. Roll out as thin as a sheet of writing paper, on a marble slab. Prick well all over. Cut with either size of top of a breakfast cup, and bake in a quick oven. They should blister.
