(Miss Ewart.) The well-beaten yolks of 4 eggs, ¼ lb. of cheese, grated, a gill of cream, and 1 oz. of oiled butter. Mix all these well together and bake in a quick oven in 5 or 6 small paper cases. When the mixture rises, and is brown at the top, it is done enough. The same mixture makes a good fondu.
