  1. Cut several oranges across in half.
  2. Take out the pulp and scrape the inside until clean.
  3. Put the orange halves into cold water.
  4. Use the juice to make a jelly.
  5. Break the jelly into small pieces.
  6. Pile the jelly pieces high in each half of an orange.
  7. Make handles of strips of Angelica.
  8. Whipped cream may be added as a garnish.
